The main living area of the villa is very light and spacious and overviews the outside terrace, pool and ocean.
Next to the living area is an air-conditioned recreation/TV room with mood lighting, and at the opposite side of the house there is a western kitchen and two bedrooms with air con; one with en-suite bathroom.
At the first floor, there are two bedrooms from the outside landing, with their own bathroom and an outside balcony area, again enjoying the excellent sea view.
This is one of the most beautiful villas in Klong Muang with a high quality in construction. This is a villa for the concerned buyer and a great investment for the future, since properties here at Krabi's Millionaire Mile will increase heavily in price in the coming years!
